Stuck in a weird rut.

I am stuck in some kind of rut!

I have been trying to work on a bit of a post about how the cycling and walking are around me. I have been out there just about every day for the past 2 years cycling and walking palces instead of driving to them. It has been awesome and I wanted to show others the bad parts of doing this and some of the really good parts. 

This is where my rut started. I had a plan to take some video and photos of the area and point out the parts I really like and the parts I really hate. I have been focusing on my exercise but I have focused less on the eating. I have not just eaten everything in sight and have still be sticking to healthy things but life things have got in my way. That being said I have started balloning up in weight again. Even with all the cycling and walking I have been gaining weight. This is where my rut has started its hard to think or do anything different when the things you have been working on have been not working even though they were working prior. I still enjoy all the exercise and I love getting out of my house everyday but it has started to become just a thing I do. This has been extending itself to the rest of my life as well. It feels like I have been spining my wheels and just doing the same thing over and over again with no change. Getting on the scale and having my weight go up and up feels like the rut is just getting deeper and I am not going to be getting out of it any time soon. 

I have not got any of the video or photos I want for the post about how cycling in my area is and its not like its a hard thing to do. I do not know how to get out of my rut and I really want to. Either way I am going to have to cut down on my eating and really focus on it. I wanted to get a post out just to get these thoughts out there and to have an update on my progress. Its awful progress and I will do better again. 

My current weight is 178 lbs and that has to change. I am still not a round as I was when I started this blog but I am almost as heavy. I can cycle or run all day long with no problems so my health is better than it has been but again I am so over weight again.
